A message from the Archbishop of Melbourne

The Australian Anglican Church Calendar has been promoting the Anglican Church for many years. Many of our churches have featured among its pages.

​

This has been the devoted work of Stuart and Jenny Allen, who have overseen all the administrative and written detail of the calendars, while Robin and Jenny Page have travelled many thousands of kilometres around Australia, so Robin could capture wonderful pictures of our Anglican churches in the bush and the cities.

 

Helen Drummond from St Peter’s Eastern Hill has been doing all the administrative work. It is now time for her to pull back and the calendar will be taken over by St Peter’s Bookroom.

It is good to see there is now this website where you can access a gallery of photographs, contact details and order forms. The calendar lists all the relevant lectionary dates and special feast days and features 13 churches each year.

​

The calendars can be used in church offices, Anglican schools and private homes. They can also be a source of fund-raising revenue in your parish, as well as being inexpensive gifts for family and friends, both in Australia and overseas.
